Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course, program, or service offered by the International Institute of Computer Science and Administration ("ICSA"), or by accessing or using any ICSA website, portal, or digital platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Student" or "User") and ICSA. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor or a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with enrolment or use of ICSA services. Continued enrolment or use constitutes ongoing acceptance.
Enrolment & Registration
Enrolment at ICSA is subject to availability of places on the selected course and confirmation of registration by ICSA staff. Submitting an enrolment form or making an enquiry does not guarantee a place on a program.
To complete registration, students must:
- Provide accurate personal information including full name, contact details, and valid identification (Civil ID, passport, or residency permit as applicable).
- Pay the required course fee in full, or arrange an approved payment plan with ICSA administration prior to commencing classes.
- Complete and sign any additional registration forms required for specific courses, particularly UK diploma programs requiring external accreditation.
- Be of the minimum age required for the enrolled course (16 years or older, unless otherwise specified for a particular program).
ICSA reserves the right to decline any enrolment application at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Fees & Payment
Course fees are payable in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program, unless a written payment plan has been agreed with ICSA administration.
| Payment Method | Accepted | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Cash (KWD) | ✓ Yes | Receipt issued upon payment |
| Bank Transfer / KNET | ✓ Yes | Reference number required |
| Cheque | ✓ Yes | Subject to clearance before enrolment confirmed |
| Installment Plans | ✓ Conditional | Must be agreed in writing with administration |
All fees quoted are for the course only and do not include the cost of textbooks, examination fees, external certification fees (e.g. QUALIFI UK registration), or re-sit fees unless explicitly stated.
Students with outstanding fees will not be permitted to sit examinations, receive certificates, or continue attendance until the balance is cleared. ICSA reserves the right to withhold certificates for unpaid fees.
Refund Policy
ICSA's refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and the institute. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following guidelines:
| Withdrawal Timing | Refund Entitlement |
|---|---|
| Before course commences (7+ days' notice) | Full refund, less administrative fee (KWD 10) |
| Before course commences (less than 7 days) | 50% refund |
| Within first week of classes | 25% refund |
| After Week 1 of classes | No refund |
| Course cancelled by ICSA | Full refund or transfer to alternative course |
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ICSA administration at [email protected] or in person at either branch. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Fees paid for UK diploma programs involving external accreditation bodies (QUALIFI, etc.) are subject to those bodies' own non-refundable registration terms once payment has been forwarded to the accreditor.
Course Delivery
ICSA delivers courses through in-person instruction at its Mahboula and Kuwait City branches. Where offered, online or blended learning formats will be communicated at the time of enrolment.
- ICSA reserves the right to change course schedules, instructors, venues, or delivery formats where necessary, and will provide reasonable notice to enrolled students.
- Classes run Saturday to Wednesday and on some Fridays. Thursday is our day off. Full schedules are provided upon enrolment.
- ICSA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule individual classes due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or low enrolment. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled or compensated at ICSA's discretion.
- Minimum class sizes may apply. If a course does not meet minimum enrolment, ICSA may offer to transfer the student to an alternative course or provide a full refund.
Course materials, resources, and access to the student portal (icsakuwait.com) are provided as part of the enrolled program. Students are responsible for bringing required equipment (laptops, notebooks, etc.) as specified in the course outline.
Attendance & Student Conduct
ICSA expects all students to maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times, both within the premises and on any ICSA digital platform.
Attendance Requirements:
- A minimum of 75% attendance is required to qualify for course completion certificates. Students falling below this threshold may be required to repeat the course at full cost.
- Students must notify ICSA in advance of any planned absence. Persistent unexplained absences may result in the student being withdrawn from the course without refund.
- Punctuality is expected. Repeated late arrivals may be recorded as absences at the instructor's discretion.
Code of Conduct:
- Students must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
- Mobile phones must be silenced during class unless specifically required for the lesson.
- Students are responsible for the care of ICSA equipment and facilities. Any damage caused will be charged to the responsible student.
ICSA reserves the right to expel any student whose behaviour is deemed detrimental to the learning environment or the reputation of the institute. Expelled students are not entitled to a refund.
Certificates & Qualifications
Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive a certificate of completion issued by ICSA. For UK-accredited programs, certification is issued by the relevant accrediting body (e.g. QUALIFI) subject to their own requirements and timelines.
- Certificates are issued in the name provided at the time of registration. Students are responsible for ensuring their name is correctly recorded. Requests to reissue certificates with corrected names may incur an administrative fee.
- ICSA certificates confirm completion of the specified course. ICSA does not guarantee employment, specific examination scores, or university admission outcomes.
- For IELTS and PTE Academic preparation courses, ICSA is a preparation centre only. Examination registration, fees, and official scores are handled by the relevant examination bodies (British Council / IDP for IELTS; Pearson for PTE).
- Lost or damaged certificates may be replaced upon written request. A replacement fee applies.
UK Diploma students: QUALIFI accreditation requires students to meet QUALIFI's own eligibility criteria. ICSA will assist with the submission process, but final qualification decisions rest with QUALIFI UK. External registration fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, curricula, presentations, handouts, assessments, and digital content provided by ICSA are the intellectual property of ICSA or its licensed content providers. These materials are provided for the personal educational use of enrolled students only.
- Students may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share ICSA course materials in any format without prior written permission from ICSA management.
- Recording of classes (audio or video) is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from the instructor and ICSA administration.
- Any projects, work, or assessments created by students during their course remain the property of the student. However, ICSA may use anonymised student work as examples for educational or marketing purposes with consent.
Violations of intellectual property rights may result in course dismissal and potential legal action under Kuwaiti law.

Amendments to These Terms
